by adopting the robust frame structure, rigid let-off andtake-up, the cloth fell position is stabilized, enlarging theweavable range from thin to middle-thick fabric. even with dobbymotion, vibration is low, so the rbx408 can weave fabrics ofcomplicated or unbalanced construction easily.
the filling insertion angle is enlarged by improvements in thebeating curve. filling insertion for thick and twisted yarns orshingosen is more stabilized and value- added fabric can bewoven.
furthermore, weaving is greatly improved even on a fabric whicheasily generates warp looseness during weaving.
• energyconservation
the rush start motor that saves electricity, the storage blowerthat changes its force, and a more durable mechanical cutter haveachieved great energy savings. soft picking allows the loom tooperate steadily, with less water jetting. it improves fabricquality by avoiding damage of warp and reduces water consumption atthe same time.
the advanced type from p-type nozzle is employed. jetting waterfocuses further, stable operation with less water is realized, andsoft picking, gentle on the warp and the filling, is attained evenin high-speed operation. it is especially useful for one-colortaffeta weaving at high speeds. the stabilizer lasts muchlonger.

complicated control data for the elo and the etu to prevent stopmarks are entered easily by the fewest key strokes on the it-board.the operating status can be easily understood to make responsequick. the it-board can also be used as a link unit for the tccsfor integrated mill control
