抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b(TRACP 5b)检测试剂盒

用于定量检测人血清中抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶含量。
【简介】
大量的抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶（tracp）是由骨吸收的破骨细胞和有活力的巨噬细胞所释放的。在血液循环中的tracp有tracp5b 和tracp5a二种形式， tracp5b 来源于破骨细胞，而tracp5a来源于巨噬细胞。
由破骨细胞刚分泌到血液中的tracp5b是有活性的酶，但当tracp5b在血液循环中被清除之前已无活性，并被降解为碎片。这样tracp5b不会因肝、肾功能受损而在血液中积蓄。血清中tracp5b均来源于破骨细胞，此酶在昼夜的活性水平变化不明显，且不受进食的影响，故可在一天的任何时候都可以采集样本进行检验。
bonetrap®检测试剂盒是检测由破骨细胞刚释放出的tracp5b活性的特异性测定方法。它可用作骨吸收的指示剂及在绝经后妇女或已进行抗骨吸收治疗（hrt和bisphosphonates）的骨质疏松患者骨吸收变化监测的辅助手段(4,6-18). in vitro, tracp 5b activity reflects the number of
osteoclasts/tracp 5b活性反映破骨细胞数量(15,19)，因此应用于此试剂盒在进行人的破骨细胞培养时，可用于检测破骨细胞的数量。
此检测的优点：
  所测定的tracp 5b活性是由破骨细胞专一释放的。
  不受tracp 5a或其它磷酸酶的干扰。
  溶血不影响结果。
  不受昼夜变化的影响。
不受肝脏、肾脏功能紊乱的影响。
  不受进食的影响。
  酶标板容易拆卸，方便使用。
【适用仪器】
适用于具有450nm、650nm波长的所有全自动、半自动酶标仪。
【样本要求】
用血清或edta抗凝的血浆。样本不允许被微生物污染，样本在室温下可保存8小时；在2-8℃可保存3天；在-20℃可保存2个月；要长期保存时，应将样本放在-80℃下保存。样本需不加稀释而使用。样本如果超出检测范围时应按1：5进行稀释。
