1、配料环节
   通常都是半透明的，没有加任何的添加剂和架桥机。如果直接进行加工使用，首先无法硫化成型，然后颜色可能与硅胶产品按键要求不符，再次硬度也达不到产业的需要，这样一来还需要原料进行加工才能够确保配料能够正常使用。
而配料则是根据产品颜色硬度及需要按一定的比例配好。详情见（硅胶的用途）。
　　2、混炼环节
   在上一道工序完成后其次是将配备好的硅胶原料，架桥机，色母及所需的添加剂放入开炼机均匀搅拌。此工序有一定的危险性，如操作不当或不按标准操作的话，很可能对身体有一定伤寒，并且直接影响到硅胶按键的外观及成型品质。
