气动单隔膜泵主要由泵本体，空气供给排出系统，单向阀等组成，是利用空气压力使隔膜上下移动，依靠这种往复作用和逆止阀联动来输送泵液的容积式泵。
本泵可以应用于所有固体颗粒小于ф2.5mm的泵液，广泛应用于矿山、冶金、水泥、纸浆、医药、化工、染料、环保等行业的原液输送。因为是全密闭设计，不会泄漏。在稀贵金属冶炼、有毒、有害、强腐蚀性及高浓度泵液等领域优势尤其明显。
由于气动单隔膜泵没有电动机、旋转密封装置，构造简单，可运动的部分只有隔膜和逆止阀中的阀球，所以维护、检查非常方便且维修费用低廉。
本公司生产的气动单隔膜泵标准产品为ods系列，泵及逆止阀的本体为铸铁，内衬橡胶。也可以根据用户的要求，全部采用不锈钢制作，或改变内衬材质可以达到耐酸、耐碱、耐热、耐磨等目的。
