　　ya3115型滚齿机用于加工3模数以下的直齿和斜齿圆柱齿轮（超规格使用可用于3.5模数），以及蜗轮的加工。 　　本机床最少加工齿数为3齿的圆柱齿轮，故特别适用于电动工具行业，也适用于缝纫机工业，仪表制造工业以及各种机械行业小批和批量生产的齿轮加工。 　　本机床滚刀主轴轴向调整量可达40毫米，延长刀具的使用寿命。 　　本机床采用手动径向调节，轴向自动进给，当齿轮切削完成后自动停车。
