    适用于钢线、铁线、不锈钢线有色金属线材（圆线、方线、扁线）卷圆、半圆或任意角度（同心角）的圆弧，本机是五金、铁线行业专用设备之一。
    只需将铁丝整卷放入铁丝架上，取一头线头穿入打圈机的指定孔位，按打圈产品规格设置好线周长数值、数量、线速，开启开关打圈机即可全自动运作，控制器采用日本三菱plc，操作面板采用人机对话界面，界面为中英文（可选）显示，送料系统采用伺服电机送料，切断采用液压系统切线，当完成指定任务后打圈机会自动停机，电机启动即有产品出，定长精度高，送线速度可自由设定，送料速度可高达40-70米/分钟，当线长精度误差超出0.5mm时，设备自动报警停机，减少不必要的线材损耗，本机只需用一台小功率电机,比油压式和机械式更为省电。
