化学清洗柜适用于船舶及钻井平台空气冷却器的清洗，是空气冷却器化学清洗系统的必备设备。
本单元具有结构紧凑，布置、操作方便等特点，所有外接口可按舱室管系布置要求设置，保证对接方便。

● 系统组成、工作原理system composition and working principle
本单元由公共底座、柜体、循环泵、吸入滤器、加热盘管、温度计、压力表、压力表阀、液面计、电控箱、阀件及管系等组成。
在化学清洗柜内投加清洗剂，通过滤器过滤，去除杂质，由循环泵加压送入空气冷却器，清除空气冷却器内的杂物及污物。
the unit is composed with public base, tank body, circulation pump, inhalant filter, steam heating coil , thermometer , pressure gauge , pressure gauge valve , liquidometer, electric control box, valve, pipeline and etc.
the detergent are plunged into the chemical cleaning tank, exhausting sundries by the filter, cleaning liquid is pressurized to send into the air-cooler by the circulation pump, remove sundries and filth in the air-cooler.
