二、        机器规格
1、       人机触控式操作面板，可记忆150种做业模式，3种产品每种50种记忆。
the machine adopt the human touch for operation panel,which can memory 150 kinds of product model.there are 3kinds product and each kind has 50 types memory. 
2、       充填滚轮采用硅胶圆形齿轮，烤轮输送带可上下移动，减少拉丝，不会导致气泡。
the filling trolley adopt silica gel circular gear.the roast wheel can move up and down that can reduce the wire drawing and can not lead to a bubble.
3、       可做定点充填和移动充填，制作多样化产品。
it can be filled by fixed filling and mobile filling to produce diversified products.
4、       可选择单人操作或连续操作来配合生产线，烤盘充填面糊完毕后可连续摆放单方向前进收盘，亦可个人操作，反方向退回。
choose a single operation or contact operations to cope with the production line. the pan can be placed one single direction continuously after the paste filling is over. it also can be operated by a one person, returning from the opposite direction.
5、       此机从台湾引进，引用日本技术，适合做威风蛋糕、慕司蛋糕、杯子蛋糕、模型蛋糕、泡芙等产品。
this machine is imported from taiwan adopts japanese technology. it is mainly used to produce chiffon cake, mousse cake, cup cake, model cake, puff and so on.
6、       可以根据不同烤盘或容器进行充填，填充高度、间距、量都可以定制，整盘蛋糕具有刮平功能。
filling according to different bake ware and container. filling high, spacing and amounts can be customized. it also can slick entire plate of cake.
7、       可以选择模嘴做不同规格的蛋糕，充填嘴大小，可依客户需要定做，充填方式有个别一排点放式与输送带方式连续充填面糊。
        can choose the mode mouth to do the cake of different
        specifications.
        the mode size can also be customized. filling methods contain a         row of a point and continuous conveyor belt filling paste.
8、       机身采用304不锈钢材质，干净卫生，料斗容易拆卸，方便清洗保养，充填部分挤出齿轮采用硬膜不粘处理。
        adopt 304 stainless steel materials, clean and safe, easy to   maintain.
       the extruder gear of the filling part adopts die non-stick treatment.

          this machine is specially used to produce puffs, sandwich snacks, fruit cakes, model cakes, cup cakes, whole plate of cake, swiss roll.
           it is same applying for filling the chiffon cakes, sponge cakes, pound cakes, birthday cakes.
