设备各部分说明
1、设备应用：

2、加热系统：
（1）三条发热器，一条在锡炉内，内部加热方式；两条津贴炉壁外侧面，外加热方式。
（2）温控为温控器pid方式，固态继电器驱动。
（3）加热启动总功率约1.5kw。
3、喷锡系统：
（1）步进马达驱动叶轮转动，离心力驱动进行喷锡。
（2）叶轮转动速度可调，从而驱动波峰的高度调整。
4、控制系统：
（1）控制方式：按键控制方式。
（2）按照电路图说明。
5、锡炉系统：
（1）轻量化小锡炉，减少客户加锡量；炉胆、喷嘴、叶轮采用耐高温、耐腐蚀材料制作；。
（2）锡炉加热采用内外热混合式结构，加热均匀，杜绝了爆锡发生。
（3）锡炉温度、波峰高度可设置；针对特定产品，提供特定喷口满足客户焊接需求；
（4）加锡量少，氧化量少。
